What is Culinary art?
Nowadays culinary art has obviously passed from decent cooking food just to satisfy somebody’s hunger to the genuine art requiring creativity and constant professional growth. Modern chefs experiment with smells and tastes, master simple and complicated recipes of different epochs and countries, tirelessly improve their skills in presentation of meals and serving tables. Culinary art being a part of any country’s culture includes the complex of technologies, tools and techniques and requires permanent adoption of new knowledge to work with food stuff.
