What is Quilling?
Quilling is a special art of three-dimensional pictures and items made of details rolled from long narrow paper stripes. This technique is rooted in the origami art. Today different workpieces (paper stripes of various colours, texture, length and width) and tools (equipment for rolling stripes, pincers, scissors, stencils) are available to create things, which are unique, sophisticated and requiring deep patience and dedication. Quilling allows creating inimitable cards and photo frames, baskets, boxes, and even real three-dimensional pictures with hundreds or sometimes thousands of details.
