What is Felting?

Felting is a technique of creating different items made of wool as a special material able to mat together and create felt. This craft is used to make toys, decorations, pictures, clothes elements, various accessories. There are two main types of felting. In dry felting with a help of special needle artisans create three-dimensional objects like toys, original bijouterie, decorative flowers. Wet felting involves using special mixture and used mostly for bags, scarves, mittens. Felted things are always felt like warm and cozy.
